Our quality inspector makes random visits to the client premises. They use custom checklist, and scores the cleaners’ performance. He also leaves an inspection record showing time, sore and name of the cleaner in the janitorial closet. If the performance rating is not satisfactory the inspector will visit the cleaner within 2 weeks to recheck his or her performance. We schedule meetings with our clients on a regular basis to maintain a high level of satisfaction. During these meetings we address all problem areas, and work to fix reoccurring quality inconsistencies
